iPhone 13 Pro Max - STILL WAITING

It's been 2 weeks now since I ordered my Graphite 128GB Pro Max.

 

What on earth is going on EE? This is beyond ridiculous now, there was no information stating delays/stock issues when I was making my order.

 

I don't want these unnecessary emails saying "your order is on track" when in fact, it really isn't. 

 

You guys need to do more and hassle Apple to get these phones sent out. You're going to start losing customers to rival networks at this rate

This is down to Apple not being able to supply enough of them, have read elsewhere that I-Phone 13 not expected to catch up on demand until February 2022, and they are delivered on a first come first serve basis. Customer service are your best bet to find out when delivery is likely.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

@Grace_codling1  To be honest you’ll have to wait till a device can be allocated to you.  There is no point in calling customer services to chase an order as they can not push anyone up in the queue.   It’s a 28+ waiting time if you order today and you can not get an estimate as EE don’t know how many they are going to receive from Apple when they a get a shipment and of what type.    EE might not get 20 devices on one shipment and 5 on the next.   How can anyone give an estimate when you don’t know who many you are going to receive.

I ordered my upgrade iphone 13 pro max 2 days ago in sierra blue and 256gb and mines just arrived so mine was super quick!

How on earth did it take you 2 days iv been waiting since 18th oct 😭

Are you waiting for a specific colour of mg? Wonder if that’s the delay? But yea only took 2 days! Can’t believe your still waiting 

Has yours arrived yet and if not how long have you been waiting for I ordered mines 2 days ago and im wondering on how long to expect delivery to take

Still waiting for iphone 13 pro max ordered on 1st October? any one else the same

i havent recieved anything about my phone and they said the other day they are due a stock on 23rd Nov 🙂

@chloe154  they might have received stock on that date but that doesn’t mean that a device can be allocated to you because it will depend where you are in the queue and of what model time you ordered and what they received on that model type.
