So i’m currently waiting for an iPhone 12 Pro in Gold at 256GB.
My old contract has now run out (yesterday) and i think i’m supposed to get my new EE phone and contract on tuesday (if all goes well).
However if i change my order to get the phone in Red instead, would that be able to ship out quicker? I’m not sure on current EE stocks and the popularity of colours. But if it’s possible that i could get my phone before the middle of next week at the earliest by swapped to a Red colour then that would be ideal.
Can anyone from EE help me out with this please? I can’t actually call up and ask because like it said, i currently have no phone to call from.

Hi @JakeS1994,
Yes, your phone should be delivered within the timescale you were originally quoted, unless you receive an update to say otherwise.
Did you cancel your old contract outright or ask for a PAC to transfer your number? If you asked for a PAC, it should stay up and running until you transfer your number to EE.

Good morning, I kind of just said goodbye to Vodafone and didnt get any codes. I'll be honest, i did't even know what a PAC code was. I just saw the one for keeping my old number which i didnt really care about.
I should be good,, i got a text on tuesday, 1 week into the 2 week period saying my order is on track so i should be good until tuesday.
Thanks to you and everyone else that replied to try and help me out.
