hi I ordered the iPhone 12 pro 128GB pacific blue on 29/10/20 it says 21 days for delivery. 21 days will be tomorrow 19/11/20 my tracking still says waiting for confirmation when will I receive my upgrade I am sitting without a mobile at the moment and need my new upgrade thank you

I spoke to a really helpful Customer Service Manager yesterday in length about my iPhone pro order, I explained about the various different mixed messages that keep being said, what I was explained was actually very helpful in working out my order properly, I placed my order on
2nd November and my “expected” delivery timeframe at ordering was quite correctly explained by james as 21 days, now this is where the manager explained my confusion:
21 days does not include Saturday or Sunday
this because although EE & DPD will fulfil delivery backlog on sat it isn’t however a recognised day for delivery without extra charge.
so when I calculated again based on this new insight my beginning & end days become:
2nd November - 1st December
i had it as
2nd November - 23rd November
my tracking update states estimated delivery between 30th November & 5 December which allows up to 25 days total time.
the manager explained during these unprecedented times delivery is being made on Saturday but it should not be included in the 21-28 waiting period as it is not a normal working day (unless paid for)
after 20 mins on the phone I felt the most reassured I have felt throughout my wait and the manager was amazing and informative!
I asked about stock levels and all I was told was is “they are changing all the time” which indicates when they arrive they are dispatched.
