iPhone 12 pro

hi I ordered the iPhone 12 pro 128GB pacific blue on 29/10/20 it says 21 days for delivery. 21 days will be tomorrow 19/11/20 my tracking still says waiting for confirmation when will I receive my upgrade I am sitting without a mobile at the moment and need my new upgrade thank you

I ordered mine on 16th and said delivery on launch day 23rd. It didn’t come, then I was told 14 days. Once that 14 days was up I was told definitely within 14 days. And now it’s been another 3 weeks. Been nearly 5 weeks altogether, I had an estimated date of 18th-23rd but last night it changed back to awaiting confirmation!

hi I ordered the iPhone pro 12 pacific blue 128GB 29/10/20 upgrade 21 days ago, today is the 21st day and yet I still haven't heard from DPD regarding a delivery date nor have I received any other emails other than the one when I ordered the phone,  on the tracking it still says awaiting confirmation this status has not changed for 21 days. I  currently have no mobile and I need one and I have now waited three weeks for my upgrade . I am very disappointed I have never had an issue with any upgrade from EE

hi Jon we spoke on Wednesday regarding my upgrade of the iPhone 12 128GB pacific blue I still haven't received a date of delivery have you heard back yet

Due to limited stock availability, we are fulfilling all orders for the iPhone 12 Pro 128GB Pacific Blue on a first come first serve basis and are working with Apple to get this to you as soon as possible. We are sorry for the delay.

it's on the 4th week now I understand that it's a new release but this is ridiculous I wouldn't mind if I had a working phone at present but I don't, I need this phone soon due to my work
