hi I ordered the iPhone 12 pro 128GB pacific blue on 29/10/20 it says 21 days for delivery. 21 days will be tomorrow 19/11/20 my tracking still says waiting for confirmation when will I receive my upgrade I am sitting without a mobile at the moment and need my new upgrade thank you

I ordered mine on 16th and said delivery on launch day 23rd. It didn’t come, then I was told 14 days. Once that 14 days was up I was told definitely within 14 days. And now it’s been another 3 weeks. Been nearly 5 weeks altogether, I had an estimated date of 18th-23rd but last night it changed back to awaiting confirmation!

hi I ordered the iPhone pro 12 pacific blue 128GB 29/10/20 upgrade 21 days ago, today is the 21st day and yet I still haven't heard from DPD regarding a delivery date nor have I received any other emails other than the one when I ordered the phone, on the tracking it still says awaiting confirmation this status has not changed for 21 days. I currently have no mobile and I need one and I have now waited three weeks for my upgrade . I am very disappointed I have never had an issue with any upgrade from EE
