Hello,
I ordered an iPhone 12 pro, almost 4 weeks ago and I’ve still had no update on the delivery. I am concerned that I have paid a substantial upfront cost for the phone which I have still not received. I’m also paying over £50 a month on my old contract which has now been paid in full so I’m just wondering whether I can at least change to my new contract where I’m only paying £39 a month. It just seems that I’ve paid out all this money without getting the benefit of the new phone.

Your new contract will start when you receive your device. Due to production shortages Apple cannot supply or ship sufficient devices.
You will have to wait and keep checking EE order tracking page.

Which version did you choose? Please include colour and memory size.
Also, what date did you order?
