Ordered iPhone 12 pro max 128gb silver on 18th November and told next day delivery. That didn't arrive, I rang ee on 19th and told I was lied to about delivery.
I cancel and reorder 128gb in silver with 7 day timescale. That hasn't arrived today so I rang ee and told that was also a lie.
Ee cs told me they have 128gb graphite in stock so I cancel last order and took that deal. Now find out that was also a lie and no stock available.
####EE you have now lost a long term customer.

@markfox012 @Good luck with that, ordered my iPhone 12 pro max graphite 128gb on the 13th November and I’m still waiting for it. Was told 21 days delivery and now they have said 28 days. I honestly don’t think I’m not getting the phone and that I’ve lost the early upgrade fee I’ve paid. My wife ordered hers the same day/time I did and she’s had her new phone over a week now! It’s bloody ridiculous from the company

On my second order I went by the delivery within 7 days but that never arrived and then told another 14 days.

The current delivery guidance for the iPhone 12 Pro Max 128GB in Graphite is to expect despatch within 28 days. However, this is for orders placed as of now.
As soon as your phone is ready for delivery you will be notified.

I would recommend allowing the timescale which was provided at the point of sale.
Regarding your order as soon as this begins to progress and your phone is ready for despatch you will be notified.

Yes, I would recommend waiting the timescale given at the point of sale.
I can see you can still order this product as of today, however, despatch is expected within 28 days.
Please be aware this is for orders made as of now.
