Recently ordered a iPhone 12 pro max via the app and checked keep checking the status on the tracker and says awaiting conformation? What’s this mean? Is it just a case of waiting for stock levels and then sent out?

Hi @Steviee_b ,
Indeed, at this stage EE have essentially received your order placement and are awaiting to allocate physical stock (once more is received from Apple) to your order.
Once stock has been received from Apple and allocated to your order, this will update with an ETA on delivery and soon thereafter an email &/or text from DPD informing you of the delivery date.

can you confirm my order has been accepted as I have previously had issues via the app. I processed my order on the 7th, then on the 10th I received a email saying we need a bit more information from you please call customer services? I then called them and they said I couldn’t have the deal that I selected as there was two discount codes applied! I was very disappointed as I believe I was mislead when my order said it’s on its way! They said there must of been a error on the app. I have replaced the order on the 17th and it seems to have been accepted so I would like confirmation of this please? Also do you know roughly when the ETA would be? Thank you
