iPhone 12 pro max order

Ordered my 12 pro max on Friday with the blue colour and was told 14 days which I was not happy with but went with and today called up to check the order had gone through and was then told that it would be 28 days because they where so busy at the weekend this is not fair if I was told 14 days it should be 14 days and the advisor was so rude and did not care

They should honour the 14 days tbh as you ordered it before the weekend. I was told 7 days when I ordered exactly the same phone Wednesday so I hope mine won’t be delayed because of a busy weekend as that it’s not fair especially to loyal customers 

Do you know how I make a complaint because the advisor was so rude he was basically saying deal with it I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years 

If you go into codes of practice there is a section for complaints. Hope that helps 👍

Perfect thanks will someone that works for EE look into this for me or is this just customers on this form 

I’m not sure but it lets you know the practice and how to go about it. I haven’t read it all but it seems a good place to start
