So basically I’ve ordered the iPhone 12 pro in pacific blue 128gb over the phone , which the person who sorted my early upgrade said it would be arriving Monday 2nd nov & I’ll receive a text , I booked the day off for it for nothing , the order status is the same still & no texts from dpd so doesn’t look like it’s coming today either. Also my early upgrade fee has been took out my bank which I know decreases each day so means Im out of pocket each day the iPhone doesn’t get delivered , the upfront cost also has been took which on the order it say no money is taken until product is out for delivery ?
