iPhone 12 Pro

Hello,

I placed an order for an upgrade on the 19/11 for an iPhone 12 Pro 128gb.
I've had no email confirmation (still) - this has been chased with EE directly but they're unable to provide any clarity as to why there's no email.
I also don't have a tracker which other people seem to have so I haven't a clue when the phone is likely to be dispatched.
On top of this, I had blue lights discount applied 2 years ago when my contract was taken out and I've now had a text advising me that due to my contract coming to an end that the discount will be removed and I'll be paying an additional £15 per month for a phone that's basically on its last legs.

Could someone please offer any insight as to how long I can anticipate delivery to be - I don't really want my bill to increase for a phone I've tried to  upgrade from.

Thanks in advance.

@NLL   Once all orders that were done before yours have been met then you receive yours, the time this will take will depend on how many devices Apple ship to EE for EE send out. Unfortunately you’ll have to be patient.   As for confirmation of your order you should’ve had this way by now and it sounds like your order didn’t go through.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE have confirmed that my order has gone through, I've just not received any updates.

the patients element // I don't actually care about receiving the new phone - what I do care about however is my bill increasing because my contract has "ended" and I lose my blue lights discount.

Hi @NLL.

Were our Customer Care team able to provide you with your order number?

Did they mention the discount coming to an end?
