iPhone 12 Pro Order

I placed my order for an upgrade to a Apple iPhone 12 pro in graphite 256gb on Sunday 8th November and am trying to see the status of my phone but it comes up with no information available. My work colleague ordered the exact same phone on Tuesday 10th November and received it today and he’s paying a lot less in monthly payments with a similar plan from O2.

The delivery guidance when you placed your order was dispatch within 28 days.

 

You'll receive a text message with your tracking details as soon as your delivery slot is confirmed.

Still no delivery of my new iPhone. And no updates. 
Very poor service from such a large company. 
It would be nice just to have a little email or text saying that the order has been delayed.

Does the online order tracker show details of your order?

 

You'll receive a text or email from DPD with your tracking information once your iPhone has been dispatched.

Hi Leanne, unfortunately the order tracker says that it is unable to track the order. 
it is coming close to the 28 days.

also when will I become eligible for my next upgrade? Would it be the 8th of November 2022 or 2 years after I receive my new iPhone?

Have you been in touch with our Mobile Care team to check the order and reference number?

 

Your contract will start once your iPhone has been dispatched you can check the dates within your My EE app > Plans and add-ons.

It has now been over 28 days and when I did phone last week after waiting on the phone for over 30mins I was told that I just have to wait for a text message or email. 
I will wait until Friday if not I will cancel my upgrade and move over to O2 as this unacceptable from EE. 
I am seriously upset with the service I am getting with EE.

Due to limited stock availability, we are fulfilling all orders for the iPhone 12 Pro Graphite 256GB on a first come first serve basis and are working with Apple to get this to you as soon as possible.

Still no news about my phone and have been told to wait until Monday or Tuesday. But have been charged my new monthly payment even though. I have not received my phone. 
I would like to cancel my order and a refund of my 1st payment. And as I have waited for over twenty minutes every time I phone I would like your cancellation team to phone as I do not have the time to wait for my call to be answered. You have lost a 22 year old customer. Absolutely unacceptable from a large company.
