iPhone 12 Pro Max charging

Hi is anyone else experiencing problems with charging their iPhone 12 Pro Max at all. I have to keep turning it off to get wireless charging and now that’s not even working and no cable will charge at all (all been tested on another iPhone) only had the fine less than 2 weeks and already really disappointed with it

Have you tried more than one cable?

 

Do you get an error message, or does it just not charge?

Hi yes tried many cables. The cable issue was a new issue, well I only noticed yesterday but the wireless charging happens on a daily basis. It does normally kick back in after turning it off and on once but last night it took about 6 attempts. I am on the verge of sending the phone back as I’m still in the 14 day period. I eventually got it charging off a cable last night but still some cables still wouldn’t work with mine but did on my daughters iPhone 8.

They will be able to run additional troubleshooting and help you with the next steps if necessary.
