I ordered this as an upgrade WAY back in December after reading 28 DAY wait time which is fair enough but it’s nearly February and I’m getting a little frustrated there has been zero communication about when they will be sending the phone out obviously to myself and many other people in the same boat. 

I’ve never had many issues with EE but this is taking the cake...

 

I just want to know an estimate of how long now or if there’s any in stock and they are ACTUALLY sending them out at all.

@G_Wood01   If it wasn’t for the current situation and the pro devices being more popular than Apple expected then you’ll have it now.    Because of the current situation there has been a shortage on parts for the device.  Once EE have a device that can be allocated you of the specification you that you ordered then it’ll be sent out to you.  EE have to wait on Apple to produce/ship the device first before EE can ship it to you.
