I upgraded to iPhone 11 on Monday it said usually dispatched within 1 day but have received no delivery notification checked order status says awaiting confirmation I paid the upfront cost so when will I receive my phone !!!

You will need to check EE order tracking.

When your order is ready to be delivered you will receive a text from DPD.

This model is showing, 'available to order, usually despatched within 14 days'

 

You will get a text from DPD when your order has been dispatched.

Ok thanks when I ordered it said dispatched in 1 day  that’s why I have been expecting something maybe it would be a better system when the order has gone through to let people know  when to expect orders saves any confusion then.
