Hello,
Im just wondering why I haven’t received an email or text message confirming my iPhone 11 EE contract that I purchased yesterday around midday. It says the purchase was successful and went through but still haven’t received any confirmation.
Also how long does delivery of the phone take once the confirmation comes through if it does?

@Tylerben If you’ve not had a tracking number yet then I highly recommend that you call customer services to make sure that your order went through okay.

@Chris_B when i purchased it, the order said it was successful but we still haven’t received any conformation or tracking details.
