I ordered an iPad 2020 128gb gold on the 19/8/20 and on the tracking site it just keeps saying order confirmed but it hasn’t gone any further than that and I’ve had no communication as to why I have no information on when it will be delivered, not sure how much longer without any communication I should keep waiting before I cancel my order and maybe try and get an iPad elsewhere, hopefully you can help me with some kind of expected delivery period.

Are you using our online order tracker?
If you can't get an update from there, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care team so they can check your account and give you an update.
