iPad 2021

Hi ordered my ipad 2021 last week, and said it was In stock, now when I put my order in tracker, it comes back as back order! How long does this normally take ? Cheers

If im abroad in Caribbean, will dialing this number cost me? Is there an online way to contact support to help with query?

Yes, you'll be charged for an outbound call for calling customer service from outside of the EU, @xagentvfx.

 

Whereabouts in the Caribbean are you?

 

I've checked our stock levels and the iPad that you ordered is in stock, so I'd definitely recommend getting in touch with customer services.
