Hi I ordered an iPad 2021 on 1st nov and haven’t heard anything since it says delivered within 28 days but now it has gone out of stock online I need it for Christmas any ideas what is happening?

I’ve sorted it now but the order number I’ve been given isn’t coming up on the tracker?

What happens when you try to track using the EE online order tracker?

As soon as your order is ready for delivery you will be notified.

Have you recently made a change to the order @Amyh24?

Once your order progresses the order tracker will be updated.

Yes I’ve changed it over to a different iPad today. I’ve not had any conformation after being on the phone for an hour and 40mins. It’s been a nightmare. Is there anyway you can get me an email confirmation of my new order?

Did you receive a new order number? your previous order number will now be cancelled.

I was given a new order number over the phone, but I’ve not had any email confirmation. The new order number is the one that tells me it cannot be tracked at the moment

@Amyh24  An order number is not a tracking number,  you get a tracking number when a device has been allocated to you.
