I have upgraded my phone on the ee app and received a confirmation email however when I sign in to the app there is no record of the upgrade and i keep getting a pop up telling me to i still need to upgrade and tells me my order is in the basket and has not been completed . I am so confused as I have completed the order and have had order confirmation . I have tried calling 150 but no answer.

When did you go through with the upgrade? It could be that it's still processing.
