i can't get my new SIM to work.

i left my old SIM in a old damaged phone at the apple store.

EE sent me a new SIM

there is no chat and I can't call 150

please help me.

call freephone 0800 956 3146 and a tech advisor will be able to get your new sim up & running.

And how am I going to call a freephone number without a phone David?  

How is it ,that I can order a replacement SIM on chat, but I can't now activate it via the same route?

What happens when you try the live chat, @alistairhankin?

 

@Profile closed supplied the long dial number to call from another phone.

if only the live chat was working on your website Chris... 

 

i dialled the long number from another mobile phone and a very nice man from Northern Ireland helped me to activate my SIM card.  

 

alls well that ends well.  my fiance wants to join EE on my account, so I'm going to try and make that happen now....
