i have been using a sim in my mobile for over a year now that i didnt buy any packs for i just topped it up and paid standard charges as it just a spare phone but then around the 23rd Dec 2020 EE sent me an offer from 1112 saying -
"Enjoy a fairy tale Christmas this year with the nicest network in all the land. Get our data gift and enjoy 2 days of unlimited data, calls and texts on us. Just reply YES to this message by 25 Dec and we'll add it for you..."
that got me curious and i sent YES as my reply expecting to get the offer but as they said it was a fairy tale because i never got it as each time i replied YES at different times from the 23rd to the 26th of Dec 2020 i only got this message back - "Sorry we weren't able to add this offer, please try again later", so i decided to create an account on myEE and then i found out that the number was a "4gEE wifi number" and cldnt be added to MyEE!
suffice to i never got the offer but also had many issues adding a pack as well getting similar message along the lines re something went wrong and cannot add pack etc etc, so now i wld like to know how to transfer/change/port a "4gEE wifi sim" to "PAYG mobile sim" as i want to keep the number but not on 4gEE any more but onto a PAYG mobile?
Any suggests or ideas pls 🙂

@j4536 You’ll need to call customer services to request this.
