Why "good as new" is written on some phones?
Although on some phones is have not written.

These are devices that are as good as new but have been returned by previous buyers who changed their minds during the cooling-off period. They will be boxed, complete & in a factory state but the box may have been opened & the device may have been handled previously.
Items not marked as "as good as new" must be brand-new & cannot be by law as those described above.
