I've just started a new contract with EE, my first bill is due to go out on the 7/12/21. My monthly amount is £56 and then I was expecting the initial £30 payment but there is also a £20 overdue charge, I dont understand what I could be overdue on.
Could anyone help to explain what it could be for or should I ring EE?

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
