content lock

trying to turn my content lock off, it was on moderate before and I did not change it to stick, I am 17 and I am the only one with access to my PAYG sim and didn't get notified at all about it being on strick, just randomly stopped working. any advice?

Try logging into your MyEE app then - Settings - Content Lock - change this to off. Then restart your device.

If this doesn't work then unless you are 18 you cannot remove it fully I don't believe.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

You won't find the above settings for PAYG. On PAYG you can't control Content Lock from your MyEE. Instead you need to call EE with a credit card handy & pay a refundable token amount to prove you are over 18. But as you're only 17 you won't be able to.
