Samsung Watch 3 Mobile Plan GONE

Was attempting to add a mobile plan again to my Samsung watch, spent 1hr with tech support no fix and no call back. When I check smart watch plans on ee.co.uk it only lists Apple watches. Thinking EE have killed off support?
