amazon prime video smart benefit

I like many other ee customers are stuck on a merry-go-round trying to access the amazon prime video smart benefit on our recently upgraded ee phone package. I have done all the obvious by downloading the prime video app, looked on the ee website, tried to access chat on the ee website, tried texting 150 and basically attacked from all angles to still end up lost. Can someone who speaks 21st language please assist us 20th century operators in getting our smart benefits working please

If you log into your My EE Account, can you see the Amazon Prime Video as a Smart Benefit?

Yes. It's says it's activated. If I text 150 it asks me if I want to end the smart benefit and pay £5.99 instead. 

 

The link you provided to somebody else seemed to be exactly what I needed a is never had an activation code before. Ask was going well until I tried to log into my amazon account. At this point it said something like 'this page did not exist'

I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care team about this.

I have been trying, without success, to use my Amazon Prime Smart benefit on my Smart TV.  I called Technical Services and was provided with a code to use but all I am getting is Amazon Prime asking if I want to take out a free 30 day subscription.  There seems nowhere to link to the EE benefit.  Very frustrating.

I have spoken to Technical Support, also went into the local EE shop.  It seems that there's a need to reset all my details on Amazon Prime as I have subscribed to them in the past.  This seems ridiculous there should be someway, or some instruction, for people with the EE Smart benefit to use the benefit.  I do not want to use it on my phone or tablet but want to use it on my TV as it clearly states in EE's info under "My benefits".
