I like many other ee customers are stuck on a merry-go-round trying to access the amazon prime video smart benefit on our recently upgraded ee phone package. I have done all the obvious by downloading the prime video app, looked on the ee website, tried to access chat on the ee website, tried texting 150 and basically attacked from all angles to still end up lost. Can someone who speaks 21st language please assist us 20th century operators in getting our smart benefits working please

That was where I confirmed prime video as selected smart benefit. The problem is how do you open up prime app using ee account? Nothing obvious. Tried logging in Prime using ee login but didn't work. So am at a loss of what to try next

Yeah! Success. Tried accessing webpage you gave via Google with no luck. But when I used your link it took me to a page not on ee site where I followed steps and now have access to free stuff on prime video. Thank you very much for your assistance. Hopefully ee will address this matter and improve links via there website

I'm going round and round in circles. Please help 😉. The link you provide to activate prime video allows me to send the activation code etc but when I try and log in to my amazon account it says page doesn't exist.
