adding a phone onto existing contract

Hello,
I purchased another phone to add onto my existing contract online a week ago (09/04). I got an email soon after saying to look out for a text for delivery updates but haven’t heard anything since. In that email i received an order number but nothing else. I understand things are busy at the moment I was just wondering how I could go about getting an update?

Could you let me know what phone you have ordered? including the size and colour please?
Also, if you enter your ten to 12-character order reference that will be on your confirmation email into our online order tracker, what does this show?

I have ordered an iPhone XS Max, 256GB in Space grey. When I put the order reference number in, it still just gives me the “Sorry, we can’t show your order details right now” pop up. It was ordered a week today so thought I’d have some sort of update right now! But understandably theres alot going on.

Thanks for coming back to me.
DPD will send you a text the day before the delivery is due to arrive.
If you give our Mobile Care team a call on 150, they can check the order for you and let you know when the iPhone is due to be sent out from us and when you can expect the text from DPD.
