i have ordered a new sim card as i lost my old one and im trying to activate it. ive tried the link on the EE page but its asking for the old sim to be in a phone and they will txt a code but as i dont have the old sim there is no way of getting this code.

If you call freephone 0800 956 3146 from 8AM a tech advisor will be happy to get your new sim up & running for you 🙂
