I got the Samsung z flip 3 18 days ago, the battery life on it is terrible. I have been Having to charge it up 3 times a day. So I have now gone back to my old phone. So I now have a phone I'm paying for and not using, I rang up ee and they basically told me they won't do anything. Anyone else got this problem?

@Kimberleigh1994   If it’s a battery problem/issue you are best contacting Samsung about it it could be a faulty battery.   If there is nothing wrong with it that’s it as your past the 14 days cooling of period.

The Flip 3 only has a 3300mAh battery size. It isn't going to be great with heavy usage.

 

How much are you on it during the day?

 

Compare the Flip 3 to the Fold 2. 

 

Fold 2 has a 4400 mAh battery size the Fold 3 has a 4300 mAh battery size. There is a massive difference.

 

The flip isn't designed for heavy usage. It's designed for a designer piece.

I was on the phone for an hour

My phone was on 56% when i started the call when I got off the phone it was on 12% you can't tell me that's normal?

On Saturday it was my little girls party so I was hardly on my phone all day and had to charge it 3 times. 

 

I'm now stuck with a phone that is faulty and paying for something I don't want 🤦🏻‍♀️
