I received my xko number on the 3rd of December and I have tried multiple times to track my order and it keeps saying sorry we can't show your order details right now and I have already received an email saying that my order has been processed

Sorry, you would need to be able to prove your identity to the delivery driver.

So how can I cancel this and get my money back

Hi @Delboy6699,

 

After a failed delivery, your order will be returned to our warehouse and a refund will be issued automatically.
