Not w/out cancelling your contract & paying off the rest of the term. You had a statutory 14-day cooling-off period to change your mind but you never availed yourself of it.

Hi @Mandeep27

Did you upgrade to the IP12?

Thanks

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone. You can call Freephone +44 800 079 8586 on Skype

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 10.30pm every day.

They said you can’t upgrade right now because ist just 16 days old so now how can I exchange my phone with new phone

Just to clarify, did you last upgrade your phone more than 14days ago?

If so, then if you bought that phone from a "direct" channel i.e. telesales or online, it came with a statutory "change of mind" 14day right of return.

Once that time has elapsed, you are now contractually bound for your minimum term.

No I first time upgrade phone by online website before I hadn’t purchased now I’m contractually bond but is there any solution for upgrade again

Your stuck in the contract as it’s over 14 days, you could try and sell the iPhone 12 and put the money towards buying a 13 outright? Or using the money to pay off the contract and upgrade that way
