Not w/out cancelling your contract & paying off the rest of the term. You had a statutory 14-day cooling-off period to change your mind but you never availed yourself of it.
To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone

Just to clarify, did you last upgrade your phone more than 14days ago?
If so, then if you bought that phone from a "direct" channel i.e. telesales or online, it came with a statutory "change of mind" 14day right of return.
Once that time has elapsed, you are now contractually bound for your minimum term.

Your stuck in the contract as it’s over 14 days, you could try and sell the iPhone 12 and put the money towards buying a 13 outright? Or using the money to pay off the contract and upgrade that way
