At a guess, your phone is losing connection with the WiFi router that's in your home?

Then why doesn’t it then pick up the EE system I am paying for ?

Sent from my iPhone

The EE service you are paying for is not WiFi but a mobile network, Make sure your phone has Mobile Data ON in its Settings.

The 4GEE Wireless connection is coming out of the box you were provided with the service, not your phone itself. so if you walk too far away from the box then you won't get a connection from it...

Your phone probably also has mobile data, you can use that instead - the 4GEE connection is only for use in your home, unless you really want to start carrying the box around with you along with a large battery and inverter...
