Where is my phone?

I have placed an upgrade order on 7th August. Under the current circumstances, slight delay was expected but it's been almost 10 days and there is sign of it. I haven't received any messages other than the very first email confirming my order. My tracking number does not work, either. I wonder where my phone is.

@Miho You’ll need to call customer services about this. They will take your call you’ll just have to be patient when calling because of the current situation.
