Where is my phone

I ordered 3 phones last week and only 2 have been delivered. My sons order just says it can’t tell me when it will be available when I check the order status. What can I do as his phone was the one we needed replacing immediately?

Unfortunately, we have no access to customer account or stock of products here in the forum, you would have to ring customer service to see why you have not received it. It could be that they are waiting for stock for that phone, which one did you order, colour and size of hard drive, that you have not received?
