I came into store at Cameron toll Edinburgh on the 23rd of August and ordered an iPhone 12pro in the blue colour. I was told it would be delivered to the store a week later. It’s now been almost four weeks and my tracking has been on dispatched in the next 24 hours with awaiting confirmation as delivery date for the last week! Is it possible to just cancel and go else where or speak to someone who can tell me how much longer this is going to take.

It’s the 128gb one. I get the odd text that it will be with me soon but it never is and I just read on another thread that a customer who ordered theirs online yesterday will receive the exact colour make and memory as mine within 7-14days?? I’m now almost four weeks in.

The delivery guidance at the time you ordered was to expect delivery within 14 days, @Kimrichards.
