Hello,
My phone stopped working yesterday so I called EE, we tried everything but couldn't bring it back.
I upgraded my phone/contract over the phone and was told I would receive the phone the next day (today).
I asked to be sent email confirmation of the upgrade/contract change and tracking for the phone delivery - but I haven't received anything.
Please could you help on this one? I'd like an email to confirm the upgrade in phone and contract and also tracking number so I can track the phone.

Welcome to the community.
Have you checked your email's junk/spam folders just in case the email has ended up in there?
If this is not showing, give our Mobile Care team a call they will be able to check the order for you and send you the details 🙂

I didn't receive any emails but the phone has arrived.
Please can you still send through email confirmation of phone purchase and contract upgrade?
