Where is my iPhone 12 Pro?

I ordered my iPhone 12 pro over 3 weeks ago now and was told it would take up to 3 weeks but could possible delivered earlier but it’s now exceeded that time. When will it be delivered? Delivery status is: your order is coming soon but what does that mean  as there’s no stated timeline

I ordered mine almost a month ago now! I keep getting “update” emails however no additional information is given. All I want to know is approximately how much longer it’ll be. I’ve been waiting on “order confirmed” this entire time, and it appears I won’t get an update until 48 hours before delivery.

 

Please may we have approximate and updated expected delivery dates on our order tracking page? It’s really frustrating. I was never told it would be this long of a wait.

Also, I forgot to mention as I have switched to EE I am not technically an EE customer yet. So I’m stuck in limbo for contacting help. I have tired every option. This is the only way I can think of now.

I ordered an iPhone 12 pro in silver (128g) on the 23rd of October. I was told maximum 2 weeks and it has now been over a month. I am paying monthly for my current phone which is costing me more, hence why I chose a lower upgrade cost. I am seriously regretting staying with EE at this point. Any idea when I can expect my super delayed phone ? 

I have now received my envelope to send my old device which I have a text saying needs to be returned by Nov 30th or I will be charged for the new phone - as I don’t have my new phone I can’t send the old phone it is replacing back!! Please can you ensure that I am NOT charged for not sending it back due to EE stock not being available

Due to limited stock availability, we are fulfilling all orders for the iPhone 12 Pro 128GB in Silver on a first come first serve basis and are working with Apple to get this to you as soon as possible.

I was told it would be a maximum of 3 weeks . No longer . I wasn’t even told that you were waiting for delivery . I was told, exact words “” up to 21 days max. But expect it earlier . I’m just going into my 4 th week now with no idea of when to expect 

can you give me a time frame? i have phoned EE (150) 4 times now and get different answers and avoidance each time. I am hoping to get my new phone before Christmas?

I know you can’t do anything about apples stock but on ee’s side of things I don’t think I should have been told it would be delivered in maximum of 21 days, I’ve now waited over a month and still received nothing. I’ve now seen Sky mobile do a better deal monthly, can I cancel my new contract ?
