I ordered my iPhone 12 pro over 3 weeks ago now and was told it would take up to 3 weeks but could possible delivered earlier but it’s now exceeded that time. When will it be delivered? Delivery status is: your order is coming soon but what does that mean as there’s no stated timeline

I ordered 24th Oct. order hasn’t budged from ‘awaiting confirmation ‘ no delivery estimates or dates... absolutely ridiculous that EE were not up front and honest with customers that they had no stock. I would have ordered my phone from Apple directly had I have known. Some people are getting emailed updates.. I’m getting no emails, I’ve had one text from EE since placing order that the order is delayed, but still no delivery estimates.
Im beginning to get increasingly annoyed with seeing emails/adverts telling me to order the in stock iPhone 12... in stock? Why aren’t ee being honest with customers that there’s a large backlog of orders? Everyone understands there’s a pandemic etc etc, but EE could be honest at point of placing an order that they don’t have any in stock!

completely agree, if I would have known it would be this long I may have considered other options. Now sky have got a Black Friday deal on but I don't suspect I'll be able to get that although my device hasn't arrived yet. So frustrating that there's not a whole lot of communication and when there is it, its as good as not receiving anything !
Definitely agree that there should be a lot more honesty going on, its just not fair to be advertising a product that you can't actually receive for a long amount of time.
