When will I receive my upgrade? Can't track it but ordered 3 days ago

I upgraded online on saturday, have had my email conformation but nothing else.  Tried tracking it but there are no details for it when i out in the order number etc.

Hey @Karen2019 - what model have you upgraded to? It all depends on the device for when updates will start to process

it's an Iphone SE

@Karen2019 Oh ok I didn’t know whether it was a newer device releasing at the end of the week. Orders will only update when they are ready to ship to you. Due to the iPhone 12 and pre-orders this week I can imagine they are extremely busy at the moment (COVID included) - if you haven’t heard anything by Friday I would give them a quick call to chase it up
