When should my phone arrive store?

I orded a new upgrade phone on friday 10th august, had one email conforming my order but no email or text to update me on the order when will i know it has arrive the store??

@elinowen95  The store will contact when it’s in.   If your not sure give customer services a call to make sure the order has gone through. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Thanks can it take a while to get into store? 

@elinowen95  It shouldn’t take no longer than a few days depending on stock levels, but I’ll give customer services a call just to chase it up.
