Can someone please help
I ordered an upgrade to a s10 on Saturday and was told it would be delivered today. I have received an order confirmation email that also states delivery is estimated to be today.
Yet I've had no text confirming the delivery slot from DPD or EE so when is my phone arriving?
When I finally managed to track my order online (no easy feat in itself) it is just saying awaiting confirmation.
I just want to know what's going on and when I can actually expect to receive my phone. Has it even been dispatched?
I understand that in the current situation we are facing, that things are going to potentially be a bit slower with staff shortages etc but if that is the case, should all parties not be informed as some people may have had to take time off key work to accept the delivery.

Finally got a text from EE advising me that is now being delivered tomorrow instead
