Whatsapp images won't download

I recently upgraded to a Samsung s20 fe. I have noticed that none of my WhatsApp images are saving to gallery. I have checked all my WhatsApp settings to automatically download, media visibility etc and I have uninstalled and reinstalled WhatsApp but images will still not download and I have no option that says download.

@aohanlon : See Switching Content Lock OFF or ON . It is switched on on new & upgraded contracts & seems to affect social sites. If just switching it OFF doesn't help, try switching it to STRICT, reboot your device and then switching it to OFF. That is seeming to do the trick.

How do I switch off content lock. I can't send off via text, ee 150 are out of hours and 1818 require a credit card?

It only let's you text strict or moderate. Says you need to call to switch off
"Sorry I didn't catch that. You currently have the Moderate Content lock applied.
If you would like to activate the Strict Content lock to restrict your internet access further, please reply YES to this message,
If you want to turn off content lock completely, please call 150"

@aohanlon If it was working before the upgrade it should work now and content lock doesn’t change because you upgraded.

Yes it was working before the upgrade on my Samsung s8 but won't save to whatsapp images in gallery on my Samsung s20 fe. I've called 150 this morning to change my content lock to off. I've been told this may take 24 hours as it's still not saving.

Yes I'm on albums view. Nothing is saving from whatsapp. I've called 150 this morning and changed content lock to off but nothing saving yet. I will wait 24 hours.
