Unfortunately I just fell for the EE nonsense and signed up for a new phone, what a disappointment EE are.
I noticed on my first bill there was a deposit deducted, but no explanation given anywhere at all. Whats is it and why? Why are EE hiding this until you sign up rather than being honest up front?
So I try to phone them and after 25mins on the phone I just get cut off!
**bleep** is going on? I thought Vodafone had poor service but they are brilliant compared to this bunch of crooks.
Absolutely disgusted so far.

No, it just says deposit for service and when I tap it on my EE app it says there's no information.
