Weak signal osprey at home

Use at home for tablets and laptop but lose signal so drops internet short periods at a time . Two lights showing on osprey- how do I improve signal strength?

Have you tried moving the device to another location?

 

Or maybe upgrading to a device which uses an aerial?

Hi thanks for speedy response
I live in ground floor flat and wherever I’ve tried still same strength 2 lights max
I go outside and it’s 3 -4 lights
Osprey uses shared data from my phone which is sim only so monthly cost quite low, I didn’t want to upgrade to £35 per month router plus phone.
Would WiFi repeater/extender do the trick?
