Anyone else having issues with the payments not reaching ee? Unfortunately ee aren't even aware of this service nor do they care its not working. I've been complaining to their ceo who also doesn't care. They seem to think they're not responsible for the services they provide.
I'd be interested to see if anyone else has same issue.
Just spoke to someone called Alex who has made an effort to look into things do hopefully I'm finally getting somewhere.
