Waiting on my new phone

Im still waiting on my new phone it's a Huawei p20 lite its been over a week know. It is in the deal for a free Nintendo switch of I'm not getting it I don't want the phone I'll go somewhere else for my new phone.

@NIGCRAW  Have you called customer services to chase this up.  The only reason I can think that you’ve not got it yet is because EE don’t have any left at present to send out and are waiting on more stock to come in.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

My phone arrived today. Very happy with it.

Know for my Nintendo switch and then the kids be happy for Christmas.
