Hello
so I ordered my upgrade for my iPad on Friday through the lice chat on the website. They told me it would be with me by Monday (yesterday)
it’s not Tuesday and I haven’t received it, nor have I had any text/email saying when it will be sent or any confirmation other than one I got on Friday saying your item is on it’s way?
as I haven’t had any other communication I don’t even have a tracking number to be able to see what is going on.
any help please

If you're worried about your order, I recommend getting in touch with the Mobile Care team who can check it for you.
Otherwise, DPD will be in contact with you when the iPad is ready to be delivered.
