Hi

Does anyone know if you can and how to remove the front white panel from my EE Smart router ?

My partner does not like the white against the black shelf . I want to take apart so I can paint it black

thanks for any help

They are not user-serviceable.

  1. Just buy a black G.Fast/VDSL/ADSL modem router. The ASUS are usually black.
  2. Or to see how difficult it is to carry out a EE "Smart Hub" (Hub 6.0B) teardown (Compliments @GlossyWhite @ TBB Forums.).

Hi @X4ram ,

A search online suggests there are tear down videos available on YouTube. Perhaps one might match your model? (I see the above one links to a black model.)

@mikeliuk : I've just given 1 by the preeminent expert in the field. Can't you read or must you just be a Google-hound?
